Sonali D’silva is the Founder of Equality Consulting and a Certified Professional in Inclusive Leadership from Catalyst Inc. She offers actionable advise to senior leaders, D&I professionals and HR Leaders on people matters, so they can navigate the modern workplace with competence and confidence. 

Sonali founded Equality Consulting in 2017 in Australia on the back of a long corporate career in leadership and learning with the intention of developing inclusive and visible leaders and teams. 

Equality Consulting offers training, coaching and consulting services to develop inclusive leadership and inclusive work practices, instil psychological safety and support D&I plans and strategy. 

Sonali’s purpose is for more leaders to lead with inclusion, awareness and respect. So teams can bring themselves safely to work and people can feel included, respected, valued and like they can belong.

Sonali’s training and consulting work spans a range of organisations and industries. Sonali is also a leadership coach who helps sharpen and align leadership practices, values and vision for leaders.
