I have had the pleasure of working with Sonali and having her present on Inclusion and Diversity in the Workplace. Sonali’s presentation style is engaging, informative, genuine and knowledgeable. Sonali is able to communicate to her audience in an energetic and authentic way, she uses her immense knowledge to connect and relate. I look forward to working with Sonali again.
I found Sonali's presentation Creating an Inclusive Learning Experience to be thought-provoking and relevant. I especially liked the section on strategic differences. I found it quite challenging to think of mine but I recognise the value in knowing one's own strategic difference. I really love Sonali's facilitation style! She is funny, warm and engaging. It was a pleasure and a delight to have Sonali at the SACAL conference. Thank you.
Our diverse and spirited US-based organization, the Pride Cheerleading Association (PCA), invited Sonali to present at our very first online conference on the topic of ‘IGNITE with Inclusion’, and this was the best decision we could have made! With no prior knowledge of our organization, and no obvious intersections with our people and purpose, Sonali made an instant, soulful connection with our leadership and demonstrated a deep understanding of our cause. A consummate professional, Sonali helped us select appropriate presentation styles, topics, and materials tailored to our audience. Our leaders and volunteers continue to rave about the session! We could not have asked for anything more and strongly recommend her to our partners around the world!
Sonali provided an engaging and thought provoking presentation to a small group of the Councils Volunteers. Her presentation style was appealing, entertaining and she truly connected with the audience through her story telling. The audience felt involved, valued and appreciated throughout her presentation. Sonali is an enjoyable and inspirational presenter!
As a Committee Member of the AITD South Australian Divisional Council, I had the pleasure of engaging Sonali to speak at our networking event titled 'Closing the Gap with Inclusive Learning'. It was evident from the moment I made contact with Sonali that she had the knowledge, skills and experience to design and deliver a powerful, engaging, positive, entertaining and inspiring presentation. It was an absolute delight to work with Sonali on this event.
Sonali provided a wonderful presentation on ‘Reaping the Diversity Dividend’ to the Local Government Volunteer Management Network (LGVMN). The presentation fit into out professional development objectives, and I have to repeat my genuinely made comments to her that the delivery and content provided was one of the most engaging and thought provoking presentations I have seen in the ten or so years being a member. This view was repeated by many others, and it was clear that they not only enjoyed the session, but took away several learnings and observations which will help them manage diversity and unconscious bias, not only in their professional roles, but also in their personal lives.
